Hunting:
  Big Game Hunting: Deer, Bear, Moose, Antelope
  Small Game Hunting: Coyote, Fox
  Bird Hunting: Goose, Pheasant, Turkey

Fishing:
  Coldwater Fishing: Trout
  Warmwater Fishing: Carp
  Saltwater Fishing: Cod, Tuna

I personally prefer hunting rather than fishing, I especially enjoy hunting coyotes because in my opinion, I believe that the coyote is one of the most intelligent animal in the world and will most likely try to evade and escape from the shooting making the hunting experience one of a kind.

As far as fishing is considered, I prefer fishing once in a while in saltwater for cod or tuna and in some occasions me and my buddies go for trout fishing in coldwater. I do this rarely because I don't have that much time free and when I get a few days free, I prefer to go hunting.
